outlook 2007 not displaying mail in sent items

Hi there

One of my collegues is having an issue with outlook 2007. his sent mail to some people are not going to sent items. but only for a select few of his family. what it does it goes to there respective folders.

I have checked his rules and there is nothing. there is only the rule which is for incoming mail to go to those folders.

it is weird.

anybody have any idea what the problem could be cos it has be confusing me for about 2 weeks now trying to figure it out.

it is a weird one. all the other mails go to sent items but the ones from his family lol and no he is not trying to hide anything. he called me asking for a solution.
