Hi

i have a problem, and i cant find any thing on the webs. The person sending a email with lots of word documents to another person (CEO) for the board meeting. The documents are numbered out side 5.1 , 5.2 , 5.3 and inside the document the same 5.1 , 5.2 , 5.3 and so on. When the person (CEO) received the email for the meeting, the documents are not in order. When she opened the 5.1 document, inside the document it shows 5.6 with all the context from 5.6 , and when she opened the 5.6 , all the context from 5.1 are inside.

Our mails goes to Gmail and then its been send to Outlook.

This was the first time it ever happened to this person where the email did not send correctly

Maybe just zip them first before sending?
 
The thing is the CEO doesn't like the file to be zipped, so they send it as normal as they can
