I have far to many emails in my outbox, I now get an error message when trying to move mail from inbow folder to the another folder, it just says 'cannot move item, restart outlook'(something like that) Any ideas how I can move my mail, is there a setting blocking me from moving mail.

My mistake

Sorry I have to many messages in my indox (not outbox) just to be clear.

Sounds like you are storing your mail on the server and server mailbox is full. Delete all unwanted mail and make sure it is deleting on the server (setting in there somewhere under 'options' whatever, do not store mail on the mailserver but on your machine (make sure you know where it is being stored.)

I don't use outlook (but the rest of the world does.)

Or post 'the exact error message'.
