Outlook for Mac Freezing when installing an exchange email

Good day skilled members of MyBB

I have a issue with a clients MacBook Air. Installed Outlook for Mac 2011 and now when i try and configure the exchange email address, the application freezes when trying to download mail(never does actually download it) i am running Exchange 2007 SP1 so its not the exchange side.

I have created a new account (thought it might be account based error)

Do you guys have any ideas?

+1 to all the updates, usually this fixes the issue..
