Outlook Help

Hi,

I have office outlook 2003 installed and we get regular emails that have .csv file attachments but instead of them coming through as an attachment, they are being sent through on the body of email as a bunch of rubbish.

Now according to my boss theres suppose to be some setting I am suppose to change...but I've never seen this before and just completely stumped

Any ideas?

Maybe the problem is from the person sending the email. Try send from another address to our self and see if it comes through correctly.

yeah best way as well for them to send it is in a zipped format that way it cant garble everything

I thought about that at first but apparently the email gets sent to my boss and then this other pc, on my boss' pc it comes out fine with the csv file showing as an attachment where as on this pc it comes up as above. I just went through now and compared every setting on their outlooks and its all the same.
