Hi Guys

Is there way to have mutiple data files in outlook.Like in windows you can
have multiple pst files making it easier to manage more that one email address.

I cannot see to see that feature on the Mac.

Thanks
DD

Outlook on the Mac does not use .pst files like Outlook on Windows. The mails are stored individually on disk, with an index/database that is used to access them.

Thank you so much for that information.

As stated above. Outlook for Mac works a bit differently, but you can still have multiple "folders" and account in individual folders.

I tried Outlook for Mac and was just frustrated by it so I went the parallels with Windows 8 (free) and Office 2013 (free) route.
