Outlook on new laptop

I just got myself a new samsung r710.
Is there a way in which I could copy all my emails, contacts, accounts etc from my old lappy to my new one?

With Outlook on both, it's easy - just copy the .PST files over to the new machine under the same directory.
Express is a bit more horrifying - you need to export your mail and contacts and re-import them into the new system.
