Outlook setup

Hi All,

I can receive e-mail and use outlook to retrieve it.

Sending becomes a problem. Need help on this.
What to look for.

This is what I get from Outlook.

Task '[email protected] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80) : 'None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server.' I have edited the e-mail address, put in xxxxxx.

I have contacted last night technical support.Their response was 18Hour waiting period before it will be active.The support person looked at my profile and said all seem to be ok.
I tried it but still get above error message.

Check your account profile SMTP settings(the 'more settings' button is where you set your mail servers. not sure one what vodamail requires but maybe yours is enabled or should be enabled..

More Setting "button":
"Outgoing Severtab":
Enable:
1) My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
2) Logon to incoming mail server before sending mail.

Then it worked.
