Outlook: weird download warning

Sorry never seen that before, could be anything, have you tried scanning for cockroaches?

Is there any particular reason you are using Outlook?

Have you tried Thunderbird?

It's not at all Outlook specific, it even happened when I opened a video (GOM) once...

Sounds like a virus problem then, grab a copy of Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware to scan for any.

I was beginning to think that, but I just upgraded to IE10 (I don't use it, but it seemed to have something to do with IE) and it seems to have gone away, but since it isn't the first time it's seemed to have gone away, I'll definitely get my hands on those as my next attempt, thanks!
