I decided to take a look at what I need as a 46yo male and made the below list.

Now I am looking for a daily supplement or supplements that will give me the below without breaking the bank, but try and find out what all the supplements available actually have in them?

Anyway, anyone have a suggestion for me?

Eat your vegetables. 2-3 different ones per meal, try to cover a broad range over a week. It'll give you everything you need and cost less than supplements.
Vegetables, meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits fish, birds and and and.
It is a very very tricky just eat your to get done every single day to get everything in the above list.

Supplements are useless. You just pee it away.
Yea, thought that way for most of my life and yes the water soluble excess does get peed away, the vitamin b and c to be precise, the rest gets stored in your liver.

Unless you are lacking something, multivitamin won't help.
Most commonly people lack vitamin D, unless you get plenty of sun every day.
Omega 3 may be something to look into if you don't eat a lot of fatty fish, inflammation, cholesterol etc. dat fish expensive yo.
Zinc won't be necessary if you eat red meat, dairy or eggs. Same magnesium & calcium.
Similar story with the rest.

Otherwise maybe look at below.

I'd suggest Omega 3. Since I've started taking Omega 3, I found that my mood has become more stable, colours became more vibrant, I can hear all the instruments in music better and I've been getting really detailed and elaborate dreams when I sleep.

It short: it make brain work gooder.

I have a capsule with my first and last meals for the day.

I am working out a lot more than I used to. Creatine, Magnesium, Omega 3 and Zinc. For the joints L-Glutamine . And once a blue moon I go for a neurobium (VitBs) injection.
