Don't go anywhere near Telkom! I have a wireless router from them for which I am supposed to be debited about R240 a month. This month I have had R900, R2340, R700 (approx numbers ... I can't login to check because WiFi is NOT WORKING). They say I bought data from them. I have never bought data and don't know how to and I have never bought data from a store. They insist I bought data. Every time I call they say a manager will call me and play the recording of my voice. Nobody has called. If I reverse the payments through my bank they say they will blacklist me. NOW WHAT????
What do I do now
 
Haha, were you born yesterday, or did you just Imigrate to this country for not knowing this?

Good luck dealing with them, its the worst experience you can find!

Who else was connected to your "wifi"?
That person opted you into out of bundle usage.

I am told I bought data. I don't know how to buy data and have never tried.
I can't get any information and am told I authorised it.
My wifi works when it feels like it so I usually have nothing.
WHAT CAN I DO?
 
The best idea would definitely be to make another thread about this, the 3rd time usaually magically solves your problem and gets the correct answers

Unfortunately not much. Call it school fees. Dont use Telkom

For what it's worth, blacklisting doesn't technically exist anymore. The laws and things got changed a while back.
