I think if you are going to go that big, go with the ThermalRight IFX-14.
But I think to begin with, the TRUE 120 can be a starting block but I could be wrong.

Nah..Techie has his at 4Ghz on a TRUE. As for stability blah blah....well thats up to you and your chip

you can get it to 4GHz on the stock cooler if you have the right batch with no issues
