My latency during the day is bad, both my ISP and telkom have confirmed that my exchange is overloaded during business hours. My ping to saix can be over 1000 by day and is a steady 53ms at night.
The Telkom 'help' line said that they are not obliged to fix the problem as my download speed is within the norm. I cant play games though (yes I play during the day).
Do I have any grounds to complain? - Telkom advertisements claim I should be able to 'Do Gaming'... Where/who can I take this up with? Hoping someone can help.
