Own frequencies on TOPTV decoder

Is there any way we can input our own frequencies on the TOPTV decoder? At the moment it's just gathering dust and I read that we can watch France24 and BVN as FTA on the SES5/Astra4A sat.
Please help as otherwise this will just become another doorstop...
