P&P Curried Fish

Hi,
So yesterday I go to my local P&P to buy my standard kg of curried fish for the week.
Best served on toast early in the morning
Anyway, server now inform me they had a price increase.
Well, how bad can it be?
Guess again!!!
So the price increased from R69/kg to R118/kg ?!?!
WTF...

So now I am voting with my wallet and going to Checkers where it is still R79/kg.

Curried fish??? No thanks. Not after national service and the curried fish we got in rat packs.

Why not just buy the curried pickled fish tinned food? R32/420g...

This is why I catch my own fish. (Kayak fishing FTW).... Have not bought fish from a retailer in more than 4 years.

But to be fair it was not because of price. Got food poisoning from a retailers fish.
