P20 Lite ghost clicking

Hi folks

I need some advise my P20 Lite is ghost clicking. It would just do its own thing. It will click on apps, select messages, turn on the bluetooth, turn of the mobile data, etc. all on its own. Any idea what this could be? The device is also very slow at time.

Had this on my P20 pro the one time, but I was playing Youtube music and had the headphones plugged in via USB-C, looked like the two were not working lekker with one another.

But same thing, would do its own thing.
