Got my son a data sim from telkom. His voice sim is also telkom.
The P20 lite was from telkom 2 years ago so the phone has s IMEI numbers meaning it is dual sim.
Was using last year when the wife still had it and dual sim worked fine.
Today, when I try to use both sims in the phone at once, if you set sim 2 as default data (data sim is in sim slot 2 and voice in sim slot 1), then sim 1 is not registering on the network and vice versa.
But when testing each sim at a time on both slots it picks up and registers without problems.
Can this be due to any updates in the past?
