with all the p2p applications around, which one is the best ? in terms of speed variety of results and ad/spyware (also : why is bit torrent taking so damn long, how do u use it properly?)
EMULE...for specialized searches.Limewire only for top40 stuff, very fast with enough hosts.Usenet is overrated, only usefull for your "normal" dose of warez. The stuff i get from emule i never find on usenet.
eMule? Why not get something that also has emule in it? Like Shareaza?
I've always used Shareaza as it incoporates "all" of the p2p networks together into one program and is spyware and adware free. Maybe I just dont like eMule. For torrents you could also use Shareaza. I use TorrentFlux or Azureus for my torrents.
Usually uTorrent. Tried eMule the other day. Was not working properly, but I suspect it was due to a combination of my noobness and ****ty server lists.
Will give eMule another try seeing as everybody else seems to think it's good. Quick eMule question: It gave me a LowID even tough firewall was off. Plus it could not test the ports. Any ideas? <Shameless derail, I know>
