P2P & unshaped uncapped local?

Will emule and bittorrent work if local is unshaped and uncapped? Or does p2p need intl bandwidth to work ?

Well, if there is a local server setup(emule) but torrentwise, if someone sets up a local tracker...

So in actual fact even though there's no port prioritization and free uncapped local in our future p2p remains impossible for the regular user.

Not for locally hosted material. p2p locally will be boosted when local is uncapped and unshaped.
