recently my p2p d/l has been going awfully slow... like 1k a sec slow.

i have a telkom acc and an mweb acc. my torrents upload fine... but there is just no d/l bandwidth.

anyone got any suggestions?

There are no suggestions to be had. Telkom is screweing everyone royally these last couple of days.

No one seems to know what the cause is, or how long it will last.
