For all those who were bypassing the shaping on P2P (I was using DC++), have you noticed that Telkom have figured out what was happening and put some serious port and traffic monitoring software on the ADSL backbone? Seems like P2P download are maxing at 2K/s or is it just a problem with international at the moment. Browsing is fine?

Doubt it. What would they care about how you use the bandwith? They're essentially selling it per GB.

My p2p was topping 350KB/s with only 2 poorly seeded torrents running.

Yea most of my stuff is fine, maybe its just the app you are using or something related to that
