Both these phones are pretty gud, but I need sum advice from guyz who use these phones. What do I really want; I need the phone to be able to store appointments on the go with easiest of steps and to organize these appointments in the most efficient order, as well as to be able to retrieve these appointments systematically. The P990 has a qwerty keyboard so this is an immediate +. Any1 who's got the N95 can say that is a better phone? The other features, for me are just 'nice 2 hav' but not really necessary. My main concern is "the best organizer" phone.

Piesang.. do u use yr phone as an organizer? How would u rate yr phone in this regard, leaving out all the other stuff?

P990i is definitely the better organiser of the 2. The P1 is a less powerful version. Or even better, get a tytn :D

The SonyEricsson P990i is a business phone (excellent organizer, business card scanner, great calendar, Mobile Office docs, etc) & the Nokia N95 is a gadget phone.

Enough said.

P990i with either

Aquacalendar ( a third party app which allows for prioritising of calendar entries etc, customisable hotkeys mean one key press will start a new entry )

and/or Projekt ( superb organiser : allows for hierarchical note taking and integrates seamlessly with the built in Contacts and Calendar )

I totally agree, aqualung.

The P990i's entertainment is just as good - think Sony Walkman, Sony Cybershot. :)

Best of both worlds? Good!

I will have both soon and can then see for myself, but Yeah you are right. Depends what you are after and I want the best features of both.

if an organiser is your MAIN priority, the TyTn has to be your first choice.
