Paarden Island - 512kbps only?

We just openend a new branch in Paarden Island, and apparently you can only get 512kbps here.

The company below us had their line installed in 2006 and it is currently 4mbps?!

Anyone recently applied for a 512kbps in this area and successfully upgraded to 4mbps?
