Pace Router to Linksys Router

Hi all.
My house is fully wifi with Linksys router to around 8 wifi range extenders and 7 cat5e ports setup for iburst.
I have just upgraded to 20mbps VDSL telkom line and was wondering can I link the Pace router into the Linksys router or should I just use the Pace router and reconfigure all the range extenders?

What I would do:

Turn off the Pace's wifi, and use it as a VDSL modem exclusively, then just plug into your current setup. You'll have to decide which one is going to be running DHCP though (dunno if you can modify the gateway IP address on your Linksys to point to the Pace, so maybe it'll have to be the Pace).

Why don't you just reconfigure 1 or 2 of the range extenders and see how it works?

put the pace in bridge mode
disabled dhcp on pace
connect linksys wan port to pace
configure ppoe on linksys

Personally, I have the Pace connected via Wan to Asus N66u.
Wifi disabled on Pace. All seems great and getting 405 Mbps throughput on adapters via 5ghz band.

The Asus does most of the heavy lifting for UNotelly and VPN��
Should I be bridging the Pace? Does this not affect throughput speed of the network?

Have also just upgraded to the Pace VDSL router, and have Netgear WiFi Range Extender connected wirelessly.
How many of the extenders can be connected?

Hey guys thanks for the help. I started with option 1 and it worked. Had to modify Linksys to DHCP as it uses PPPoE for the iburst setup. The pace modem I left it on PPPoE. And all works well.!!
