Anyone know where I can get a power cable for a ups for this router??

This is how I do it.

Just modify an existing multiplug extension to plug into the UPS.

All you have to do is cut off the plug on the multiplug extension and put on a plug the matches the UPS socket.

Plugs you can get ay any hardware.

Router powersupply -> Mutiplug -> UPS -> Mains

It is a female IEC connector. Between R15 and R20 from an electrical wholesaler

Was hoping for one I can buy where I don't need to do any technical work

Dude ! You changing a plug !

You are assuming I have ever changed a plug. I have not, I replace the device if the plug fails. Hence I would like to buy something that already for this purpose not a selfmade one.

just get an adapter to SA plug for this and you are sorted.

Lol what a girl. Careful you don't want the screwdriver to slip and stab you in the face. Rather let someone else do it.

UPS >>> multiplug? Hopefully nowhere...

Many people are doing exactly that (myself included), but it opens up a can of worms if the person using it does know what they're doing. It pretty much comes down to people having a good sense of what the peak loads of each connected device is and the UPS's max draw. The vast majority of people out there have zero clued as to what draws how much power...

Now a router will easily be below UPS spec...but still...please take care seeing how this is clearly not home turf for you.
