Package upgrades

I hate to sound greedy, but all these 4mbit speeds being posted is just too irresistable.

If all goes well, my 384kbit line is getting installed tomorrow. I see that the office line (same exchange, just down the road) is already 4mbit, so I'm most certainly going to place my order for an upgrade the moment the tech walks out my door.

How long does it usually take?

It really depends on the area you are in. In CT, it takes only a day but in other places it sometimes take up to a week.
