Packard bell easy note W7621 Display Problem

Hi All

A friend asked me to have a look at their Packard bell easy note W7621 Laptop

I have a problem with the display.
After I turn on the laptop the screen displays a lot of red/blue streaks. And windows logo has lines all over it
=> to detect the issue, I have connected a LCD screen in the laptop and the problem stayed.

I think it’s the graphics card?

What could you suggest?
