Has anybody else experienced a problem with Virgin whereby the internet connection is dropped as soon as it is connected. This has been happening quite often via both my cellphone and computer. Is there a fix?
I've been having this problem also recently. Sometimes it helps to reboot my phone, and other times setting my phone to roam on the vodacom network helps. But sometimes it's just a network problem, and there's nothing we can do about. Hope this helps. Cheers, Lazer
Another option would be to call customer service and ask if there is a problem with the gprs. Try connecting again and it should work. Did this twice, and both times the problem was solved. Coincidence, probably.
