Packet Injection Under Windows?

Is there any software that uses atheros compatible drivers e.g. wildpackets.com drivers that is able to packet inject under windows, or will I be forced to use a linux distro?

If you arent keen on installing Linux, try the Backtrack security CD

In terms of Windows, not entirely sure. Might be possible with Winpcap?
