For about 2 weeks now I have been experiencing random disconnects from online gaming servers as well as drops in voice comms in Discord and Teams.
I used pingplotter to troubleshoot and indications were that a hop on the network with IP 154.0.3.97 (uo1-cust.coolideas.co.za) was where packet loss was occuring.
I logged a ticket for this last week already and although I could see the issue is on a hop within the CISP network I was asked to connect my laptop to the ONT directly and run the same tests as the agent said that we had to eliminate any issues on my local LAN - all PC's are hard wired.
I have run that test again from 0:00-08:00 this morning and it still indicated packet loss on the host mentioned above.
