Hi everyone, hope you are doing well, I have been having an issue with packet loss the past few months, I was originally with MWEB, then moved over to Afrihost, unfortunately I am still having packet loss issues to Dead By Daylights servers.

I have attached a screenshot of a test I did on ping plotter to one of the servers, I spoke with Afrinatic privately a bit, to see what could be the cause, but their servers are not responding as seen in the screenshot.

I am just wondering if anybody else here on the forum has any ideas of what I could do to pin point the cause, as I have tried contacting Dead By Daylights support team and well they weren't helpful at all.
Unfortunately Dead By Daylight is the only game I play, so I am getting quite fed up as this started in April this year with MWEB.
Thanks to anybody that can assist :)

Yeah, they dropping ICMP packets. But seems pretty local AWS server. But you don't have any packet loss on that trace. So hard to say, if you get packet loss within the game, well then that might mean that their server is overloaded.

I see a couple people complaining about some packet loss on the Dead By Daylight forums (one is from SA)

That could be my post, I did post it on the 31st originally

The latest update allowed us to see if others in the lobby are also experiencing packet loss, I am the only person that is currently, my friends always point out that I have a red bar (Packet loss indicator) next to my name, never seen others with it, I am just really confused and trying to figure out what I need to do in order to fix this
