So it seems whenever someone browses or goes on facebook or streams i seem to get packet loss in game and Teamspeak.. i have a 10mb line? Vox fat pipe account as isp

Because facebook or a stream will use all the bandwidth and there is little for bandwidth for TS or the game.

yeah so here's what i don't get,i moved 3 weeks ago.
Had 10mb line at previous home as well and could stream with little to no packet loss or pings spikes.

Now at the new house it spikes and gets packet loss

What are your line stats in your router, are they using wifi and you using a cable?

I'm in the exact same situation. Got telkom too come out, mweb to help with support, tried different router yet same issue persists. I do have a strong feeling it my line too the exchange though.

Sadly i'm getting the same feeling

When the guy came out to the house I explained all the things I have tried and what happens and when but still seems clueless, I even asked him to check the line too exchange but nada, he just says its old equipment in the house, yet, a month ago when it was working the equipment was exactly the same.

So if you can get someone from telkom to check that line and fix it I'm 200% sure your issues will be fixed.

I am not seeing packet loss there ... three stars means the device at that hop in the route is not responding probably because the IP address is the same as one you have on your network or it is a firewall designed to obfuscate its identity. Packet loss would be one or two stars
