Packet loss?

Ping statistics for 41.247.96.1:

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 28ms, Maximum = 36ms, Average = 30ms

It started at 2AM. I've tried both SAIX shaped and unshaped, and also Verison unshaped. Nothing seems to make a difference. I had the same problem last night, which magically disappeared around 6AM.

Has anyone else been having similar problems?

Note that the IP is on the 2nd hop of any tracert I do.

I did a few pings last night (this morning 2:33AM) to random sites after reading your post, forgot to press submit

There was no problems on this side when I did it.
