packet loss

Hi there guys. I stay in Pretoria East (Meyerspark) area and I'm getting a 5% to 50% packet loss on my line according to www.pingtest.net. I tried pinging different servers but the results are the same.

What could be the problem?

Do a visual traceroute to see where the packet loss occurs.
It could be your line as well.
