Packetsky ISP on Fibrehoods

I am currently with Cool Ideas and I am VERY happy and will not be moving. I was just on the Fibrehoods site looking to see if Cool Ideas has the 200/200 package listed there and I noticed a new ISP called PacketSky. Their prices are pretty much inline with Cool Ideas. Has anyone ever heard of these guys?
