Page Ranking Software

Just google, "Page Rank Tool" or "Page Rank Script" Literally there is thousands upon thousands to choose from.
 
Most of the free ones are junk, and none of them will differentiate between google.co.za/.com/.co.uk etc.

By far the best SEO tool EVER, is Market Samurai . It will monitor the ranks of all your keywords across all engines, but this is just a bonus feature. Download the trial version to get an idea of everything it can do.

If you just want ranking reports, try the free verion of Rank Tracker (a component of SEO powersuite . The free version won't allow you to save or print reports so you will have to manually record your rankings and movements in Excell or something, but the results are highly accurate and comprehensive.
