Its so that he can access international sites after he has been capped. The speed isn't ADSL but it is better than being capped.

i am expecting adsl speed at least, but i am thinking about selling on my adsl via wireless, but i want to put punters on there own cap of sorts

Clipse is this a unlimited proxy ? would they have any efect on my cap at all ?

Why don't you just get a bigger cap.

I got a 10gb account for R399.00(includes vat)
Have had no problems with it as it's the same as a SAIX/Telkom account but much bigger!
