Last night I had no sleep. The palps were bad like in continuous flip flop. Every third beat missing when I check my pulse.
Now it's night time again and it's flip flopping again. Not another bad night ahead, I hope.
Can't seem to figure out the cause and no quick fix.

Stop drinking coffee & tea ASAP.

Then get to a doc with a ECG...also ASAP.

That sht is not cool. Don't ignore it.

edit: Also no coke.

Only drink Rooibos and no Coke. No caffeine. Only beer and wine. No white foods like pasta, rice, potatoes. No red meat.
I don't have a Med Scheme so I came up with a great plan last night to check my heart. I ran up 50 stairs twice while I was having these missed beats and flip flops. I was out of breath as will be normal for this. My heart did not stop as I thought it may. 175bpm and no flip flops until it slowed down to 65 and then more flip flops.
Woke up this morning without interruptions during the night. Had them during the day though.

Go to a dr please-- a lot of them charge less if you pay cash. what area of CT are you in? If the dr is a problem go to GSH--

Going to a GP is no problem. Only thing is that he won't know what to do. A Cardiologist will cost about R4000.00 and will also not know what to do. Been there.
