Panel Placement advice

Hi Everyone,

Im hoping i could get some advice on my panel placement. My house is facing a dumb direction so i dont have any space to place north facing panels. I am having a bit of a disagreement with the installers on how to install the panels. I have purchased 14 x 550w Jinko panels going into a 8kva sunsynk inverter with 2 5.12kWh sunsynk Batteries. Here is a image of my house

The installer is proposing all 14 panels on the "west" side of the roof, where I believe i would be better to split the panels between the "East" and "west" side.

hoping i could get some advice?

Installer is right.
Go North, or North West, not South East.
 
Unlike your orientation, my roof is basically east/west. I split my 10 panels accordingly. If I had the space I would put more on the east side, since it maximises the generation in winter.

I still need panels on the west side, since it generates the bulk of my power in the afternoon
 
Where the hell is your yard bro xD

Your way at least you will get some generation earlier, but their way you will get a longer peak generation.

I would probably go with your way, but with more panels on the "west", and the strings split across different controllers for each side.
