Panorama (Roodepoort) Telkom Exchange Upgrade?

Hi Guys

I recently moved and requested my line move to my new premises.

I called in to follow up on the order and was told they are upgrading the Panorama Exchange (RPOA) to 20mb & 40mb.

however they couldnt tell me how long that would take, and that while the upgrade is going on they wont move my line as all orders are placed on hold.

Can anyone help investigate or have any idea how long these things take?

So....no responses here....but maybe this can shed some additional light and coax someone of knowledge to enlighten me.

When I applied for the moving of my line to the new address (on the same exchange) there was availability.

Now i follow up and apparently they say there is no infrastructure for my new address....(on the same exchange) even though my new address has a telkom line coming into it already.

Can someone perhaps help me out here?
I apparently still have to pay my line rental to this knobs now, and I dont even have a service!
