Arch based distros can install paper-gtk-theme-git & paper-icon-theme-git from AUR.

step 1: open terminal
step 2: add the ppa
step 3: download the theme
step 3: download the icons
step 4: go to settings > themes
step 5: select paper icons
step 6: select paper theme

Have had absolutely zero time to do anything really plus had a double shot of loadshedding today.
