We have a influx of new customers reaching out to us to help them move away from Paradigm Solutions, with their website chat being just a contact form (no chat agents available) and their support ticket submission page having a broken captcha, we reverted to looking at hellopeter and it seems like the company is in dire straights.
Paradigim, are you out here somewhere ? Your customers are looking for help, they cant access their data and no one can reach you, people on hellopeter even tried to visit your physical office which seems to no longer reside there if the hellopeter posts are true ?

If anyone can help a few of your customers gain access to their data please send us a DM, we will give you their email address to give them their access details directly to avoid any possible security breach concerns, they just want access to their data.

They haven't responded to any of our emails as yet. Hopefully they are working through the emails and we will hopefully get some feedback soon ?

Oddly enough the server outage message that was on the site 2 weeks ago has gone away now, so there seems to be someone working on the site.

The complaints on hellopeter keep piling for them up so it seems like several people are waiting very long for feedback to their emails and support requests.

The people we are trying to help have started with empty mailboxes just to get some mails sent and very basic under construction web pages to show their customers their companies are still alive.

Some people have lost the database content with sales information and now they have to ask customers for their order confirmation emails to try and deliver on the sales they made...

These folks are going through very deep waters right now. If they have a rep out here somewhere please reach out to us so we can help some of these customers get on their feet again. People tell us they going to close shop due to data loss if things don't improve. People are begging for help.

Through sheer luck we had a brief whatsapp chat with the owners of paradigmsolutions.co.za, which seems to be owned by an individual or company in Karachi, Pakistan.

We followed the bread crumb on Facebook and Linked in, their address is listed to be in Pakistan on Linked in and on Facebook they follow a hosting company in Karachi, we took a shot in the dark.

On the Paradigm Facebook page they follow host24.com.pk.
The same person or company which owns host24.com.pk (chat said "we work with them")

People who have been having difficulties talking to the people from paradigmsolutions can talk to the owner on their Pakistan hosting website.

We asked them about specific domains and the communication went quiet.
We will let you know if any further communication comes to light.

1) cp.host4devel.com (197.189.248.58)
2) cp.host4local.com (196.40.101.2)
3) cp.host4sa.net / cpanel.host4sa.net (156.38.217.42)
4) cp.host4servers.com (176.9.52.57)
5) cp.host4email.com (197.189.246.242)


Although we tried our best to make this transition smooth, but, due to different (but good) Control Panel (Plesk) for the above servers and the underlying web server, PHP, MySQL versions, etc., some issues are expected, such as:

What Issues should you Expect:

1) DNS propagation issues (website either do not resolve to new server IP or keep resolving to older one, provided they are up too).
2) DB errors related to connection strings, specially for WordPress website (for which we always recommended Linux hosting) including PHP version issues.
3) Mail bounce backs or other issues.
4) Mail data missing (yes, unfortunately, this is not supported in this migration due to different software running on source and destination servers).
