There’s a lot of info. with eg explaining the thresholds, how & when shaped will kick in etc.
@ only R179 (via IS) on a 384 line, it’s only R30 more p.m. than Telkom's 5Gig package (up from 3Gig's recently).

I'm not a heavy user of internet, but this price isn't that much more than 1Gig prepaid on unshaped, and would like to know I have 'unlimited' bandwidth available without having to think of topping up. Would seriously consider trying this out ... comments on their packages would therefore be appreciated. (I'm on a 384, unfortunately).

Well PS offers are really good. I'm tempted to get this as well for my wifes business as we are going to offer free internet to her clients (she has a hair salon).

They might want you to get a business contract for that. Unusually high browsing traffic raises suspicion. Then again, I torrent 24/7 and haven't had any complaints. I get shaped, you browsing won't so you might generate a bit of traffic.

Sure for a hair salon though you'll fly below the radar...

If this is a residential product, reselling it to your customers may be iffy if they find out.

Exactly the kind of info. I was after - thanks. I wouldn't get close to the averages Paradigm wrote about & presume MyISP would use similar parameters - 80% of 100Gigs.
I presume MyISP is a reliable service?

I thought these uncapped products are punted as 'browsing preferred' .. or at least not 'tons of downloads' friendly?

Thanks, but no way I'll move my line/ADSL rental away from Telkom. If there are problems down the line, they each blame one another, and to get it back to Telkom again is always a mission, from what I've read.

He's going to be offering it as a free service to his wife's customers i.e. it will be at her own expense and therefore won't constitute reselling.
