Paradox Alarm cell/gsm/lte problem

Hi
Anyone know how to get a replacement gsm/lte module working?
The alarm stopped sending sms messages and we replaced the gsm/lte module PCS265LTE.
We are using the original sim card which is working and has a sms bundle.
The lights on the gsm/lte module are flashing meaning "no data communication" according to the instruction manual.
The rest of the alarm seem to be functioning normal.
