I'm running an EVO192 panel (7.31.001) with an IP150 (5.02.019). I upgraded the panel and IP150 over the weekend from very old versions. Everything seems to work fine. The only thing that gave some problems were my REM15 remotes (only used for opening / closing the gate). They stopped working although BabyWare showed them speaking to the panel. When I tried to reregister them the system said that they were already registered. After a long battle with BabyWare, I realised that the panel was only showing PGM 1 and 2. I had to go into the PGMs and select the PGM (5) for the gate, set it to react to utility key pressed and the remotes started working like before. With the upgrade, somehow the settings for my PGMs were lost.
What I'm after is an understanding of how the remotes setup and PGMs actually work. We have the 2x REM15 remotes which is allocated to a remote template called Remote 1. I think I understand them. Our main remotes are these, Sherlo Remotes. They are linked to the default remote template. The templates contain things like " Utility Key 1", "Utility Key 2" up to "Utility Key 6". I'm not finding where these are defined or how they're linked to arming areas or opening the gate / garage etc. I think there must be some sort of receiver for the Sherlo remotes connected to the system somehow? The REM15 remotes have serial numbers defined, but the Sherlo ones are just a bunch of 0's.

How do you read this picture? I have all 6 buttons on the Sherlo remote mapped to something (panic, 3 areas, gate, garage), yet this diagram doesn't make much sense to me?

The installer also installed LEDs that show whether the alarm is armed (3 lights for the 3 partitions) and I have no idea where to disable them. I'm not sure if they're keyswitches, utility keys or PGMs.
Other equipment connected if it helps are:
PCS250 (can't upgrade this for the life of me)
APRZX8
RTX3
TM50
NV780s
Last question. Every time the alarm goes off, it sends a panic to the control room instead of an alarm. How do I change that?
Oh, the installer isn't available to help anymore if someone was going to suggest it.
Thank you in advance for helping out.
