Paradox - insite gold app settings

I am no longer getting notifications on my phone from the insite gold app for my alarm activity, I have put on and off and on again the push notifications on the APP, but noticed that the Alarm/Panics slide bar on the menu tab push notifications is greyed out, is this the reason perhaps and if so how do i resolve it.

- I have uninstalled and re installed the APP, same thing...
- I have attached a screen shot.

Have you checked the internet connection at the panel itself?

I've lost connection to the app when the IP150 module decides to reboot or sometimes after load shedding.
