I need some advise.
For the second week running by alarm is sending tamper alarms, with multiple zones triggering simultaneously and the keypad losing poising power. Nobody interfered with alarm, this just randomly happens.
I unplugged the battery and the ac power to kill the alarm. After plugging it bag in the keypad goes on momentarily and dies again.
When I check the alarm app it shows that multiple zones are active even though the doors, windows, etc are closed.
I had the armed response here but they cannot find the source of the problem.
Any idea how I can go about identifying the issue?
Also, it is not the battery as it is brand new and has good voltage.
