Evening Guys

For some reason my Paranoia is kicking in I think my fans are louder than usual.

Are the revs as seen in the picture healthy?

System is pretty much on ideal.

System specs:

Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2Ghz
Gainward GTX 570 GLH
Thermaltake 550w
Gigabyte B75M-D3H

Thats quite cool for a stock cooler and under load.

I should be worrying

This was happening before speedfan though. So the revs are a little high? How could I fix this?

How old is the thermal paste on the CPU?
Did the thermal paste come from the bottom of the new CPU heatsink? (IE is it OEM paste)
Is the CPU fan plugged into the CPU connector?

No idea I bought the system second hand off carbonite, but ill buy some thermalpaste tomorrow and see if it needs reapplying.

Ill check the connection.

And what should the temps be when doing normal usage?

Clean the CPU and heatsink with meths and use the pea method (put a big pea sized "blob" in the middle) then put the heatsink on, tighten the heatsink connectors in a diagonal pattern.

Done
