Parcel via EMS

Hi there can anyone please help I ordered a parcel in china it was send via EMS it departed the Guangzhou export office 11/08/17 and there is no update again it is a month 2day and still no parcel can my parcel be lost?

Please help
I am freaking out

Posting in the incorrect section...

try : http://www.southafricanpostoffice.post/ - enter your tracking number - waiting on a few parcels from wish.com...their tracking only shows to the point of leaving China... if it it is in ZA, should give you an indication where it is at.

www.17track.net is a better site for tracking of your parcel. I'm waiting for my parcel. It spent a month in Joburg (JIMC) before there was further activity until last week. It has either arrived today at the CapeMail hub or it is still on it's way there.

Yeah usually 40-60 days minimum before you receive any good news.

But 1-month is nothing. Start panicking at 2-months.

Odds are no tracking site will give you any more details anyway because SAPO haven't scanned it anywhere.

I emailed the post office at 3 different email addresses and the only one that I got a response from was socialmedia@postoffice.co.za.

A lady by the name of Debbie then contacted me who was very nice and helpful as far as she could be.
