Parental Control for iPad

Can anyone recommend Parental Control for iPad, that is better than the built in controls.
I was thinking of going ESET, but that is only supported on Android.

Have you tried the Restrictions as well as the Screen Time in the Settings app?
I dont think theres really anything better than that
